it won a lot of awards... so I wasn't so sure that it was really going to be that great of a movie...
...but it was! the best that I have probably ever seen. and so sad. It reminded me a lot of what we have been talking about in my culture and schooling class (i know... what a dork) but kind of the exact opposite. the kid in the movie had every disadvantage after disadvantage that a person could have, yet all of those disdvantages led him to the greatest advantage of his life. if you haven't seen it, watch it.
