first timer

so, I am new to this whole blog world, even though I have had this blog for three years, I guess I just never felt inspired to write in it. I still don't really feel inspired, but I am writing anyways...


so, I found this great site that keeps track of your daily nutrition. it is called sparkpeople.com
now I have never really been into dieting, exercise, or anything of that nature, but I am ADDICTED to this site. I think it might also be partly due to the fact that I got rid of facebook and I need some way to channel my obsessive checking of something online habit. you tell it what you ate that day, and it keeps track of it all and gives you all this information (which I don't really use, I just like knowing that I can use it if I ever felt the need to...)
